Hi, I’m Karen - educator, business owner and founder of Hello Monday.

I created Level Up because I’ve lived the tension so many women in business feel: wanting purpose and progress, without the pressure to hustle or scale beyond what feels right.
With a background in marketing, business education and learning design, I’ve spent 20+ years helping women move from second-guessing to self-belief and reconnecting with the business they set out to build.
