Hi, I'm Karen.

Educator. Mentor. Mother. Business owner.

And I believe that clarity isn’t about doing more - it’s about finding your rhythm, your way.

I didn’t start out intending to be a mentor.

But when I look back now, I see the threads.

A marketing degree in the 90s. Years in communications. Then a pivot to teaching when my children were young. I taught business and enterprise to young people - and saw how powerful it was when learning felt real.

From classrooms to conference rooms, from running events to co-founding Future Female Leaders - a Western Australian program helping young women grow into confident, heart-centered leaders - I’ve spent over two decades creating space for others to step into their potential.

And what I kept hearing from women in business - women like you - was this:

“I’ve come this far…but I still don’t feel clear on what matters most or what I need to focus on.”

So, I built a structure. One rooted in empathy, emotional intelligence and designed for how women learn best - no hype. No pressure. 

Because This isn’t just my work.
It’s my way of walking alongside you – the woman doing big things quietly.
